Thanks to its typical shape, its implementation will not require a lot of financial resources. The structure of the building is covered with an envelope roof, which is one of the most reliable roof coverings. Large dormers add charm to the design. The author of the project included a double garage, which will work well for families using two cars. Due to the fact that it is a one-story house with an attic, we have a clear division of zones into the living zone on the ground floor and a bedroom zone in the attic. A one-story house with an attic also gives the possibility of using a larger living space on a relatively small plot of land. In the "Edyta" project, the investor's attention will be drawn to an open day zone, which includes, among others, living room connected to the dining room. Thanks to the combination of these rooms, the interior is more spacious and gives more arrangement options.
