The project "Rademenes II" is a small one-story house. The project was created for a family of 3-4 people. If we have a plot of land with an entrance from the south with minimum dimensions of 17.28 m in length and 19.12 m in width, we can implement this project. The usable area of the house is 80.10 m2, despite its small size, the house is practical and functional. The layout of the rooms was divided into a day and night-private zone. In the general part, the architect has planned a vestibule with space for large built-in wardrobes in which outerwear and shoes can fit, then we have a hall with space for a large wardrobe. In the day zone of the "Rademenes II" project there is a living room with a dining room and an open kitchen. A very practical solution is a planned utility room next to the kitchen. It can be used as a pantry. This will keep the kitchen tidy. Large glazing gives the rooms a modern character. Thanks to this, a lot of daylight enters inside, which affects energy efficiency and the well-being of the household members. In the living room, the architect has not forgotten about the fireplace, which will probably make more than one winter evening pleasant. In the private part there is a shared bathroom and two adjustable bedrooms.
