The project "Juliusz Mały III" is a traditional single-family house with an attic, without a garage. The usable area of the house is 110.60 m2. The project "Juliusz Mały III" was created with a family of 4-6 people in mind. In order for us to be able to implement the project "Juliusz Mały III", our plot must have minimum dimensions - 18.20 m long and 17.35 m wide. A spacious vestibule is planned at the entrance to the house. We have a utility room available from the vestibule. Then we go to the hall and the large open day zone - a living room with a dining room, and an open kitchen. In the central point of the living room, the architect designed a fireplace. From the living room, large balcony windows lead out onto the terrace and garden. From the hall we have a functional bathroom with a place for a shower. The ground floor is complemented by an additional room that can be used as an office or a guest room. We go to the attic by the stairs accessible from the living room. In the finished project "Juliusz Mały III", the architect planned there three spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a balcony. The project "Juliusz Mały III" can be used for semi-detached houses. The project is also available in other versions - with a larger area, with a garage or with a different version of the attic.
