The "Gwiazdka III" project is a one-story project without a garage, with an attic. The area of the house is 121.50 m2. The functional and practical layout of the rooms will make "Star III" ideally suited to the needs of a family of 4-6 people. The house plan is perfect for a narrow plot. On the ground floor - starting from the entrance - a spacious vestibule with space for a spacious wardrobe and a passage to the utility room are planned. Then, walking down the spacious hall - on the right we have a small bathroom that can accommodate a toilet and a shower. On the left side there is a large open kitchen. The day zone is a spacious living room combined with a dining room. We can go directly to the garden from the living room. There is a fireplace in the central part of the house. In the "Star III" project, there is an additional room on the ground floor that can be used as an office or guest room. In the attic, the architect planned a night zone - three spacious bedrooms and a shared bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room. The project is also available in a version with a single garage and a double garage.
