The usable area of the house is 176.60 m2. In order to implement the "Achilles" project, we must have a plot of land with a minimum dimensions of 22.44 m in length and 21.86 m in width. On the ground floor, starting from the entrance, there is a practical vestibule with space for recessed wardrobes. Then, through the hall, we go to the day zone. The living room is connected with the dining room and open kitchen. A large number of windows allows a lot of natural light to enter the interior. This will affect energy efficiency and the well-being of the household members. The living room has a fireplace which will create a pleasant atmosphere on winter evenings. From the living room we can go out to the terrace and garden. On the ground floor there is an additional room (office or guest room), a shared functional bathroom and a utility zone - a single garage and two utility rooms. In the finished project "Achilles" in the attic there are 4 spacious bedrooms and a large communal bathroom. The parents' bedroom has its own wardrobe and bathroom. There is also a small terrace from the parents' bedroom.
