The newer version was created in response to requests from customers who signaled their expectations. In the E-149 project, compared to the original, there are more rooms, which can be mainly due to a slightly larger usable area. Visually, both designs are identical.

 

House E-149 will be an ideal proposition for people who have a medium-sized plot, but want to build a larger single-family house. The design of the E-149 house covers as much as 234 square meters of usable area and 197.20 square meters of built-up area. In turn, its cubature is 782 cubic meters. The project can be implemented on a plot of a minimum width of 23 meters and a length of 24.9 meters.

 

The building has a simple, traditional rectangular shape. This allows not only to obtain a subtle, minimalist implementation, but also has a very positive effect on the construction process. The E-149 house design is easy to implement, thanks to which the construction will be faster and cheaper than in the case of more complex implementations. The project is implemented with the ridge parallel to the road - this information is important from the perspective of the conditions specified in the Local Spatial Development Plan. It is also worth knowing that the project includes a garage for two cars, which has been built into the body of the building.

 

House E-149 is a detached building, which is implemented in brick technology. The walls are made of ceramic bricks (25 cm) and polystyrene insulation (18 cm). The ceiling in the project is made of reinforced concrete. The insulation of the floor on the ground is made of polystyrene (20 cm), while the roof insulation is made of mineral wool (25-30 cm). The body of the E-149 building is covered with a hipped roof with an area of 230 square meters, the roof slope is 25 degrees.

 

The E-149 project is a two-story house characterized by high aesthetics. The building has been finished mainly with the use of light-colored plaster, additionally clinker tiles, wooden decorative elements and facade stone are also used.
