The ready design of the single-family house "Decyma 6" is a one-story house with an area of almost 150 m2. It is an interesting proposition for a family of 4-6 people. It is designed to be built in a free-standing building on a plot of medium width. The structure of the building is covered with an envelope roof, which is one of the most reliable roof coverings, and it looks nice. Thanks to its typical form, its implementation will not require a lot of financial resources. It was modeled on the popular “Decyma†project. Due to the fact that it is a one-story house, communication between the rooms is more comfortable, which will be important in the case of families with small children or the elderly. The author of the project included a double garage, which will work well for families using two cars. The garage has been put forward, thanks to which the body looks remarkable. The day zone includes a living room combined with a dining room and a closed kitchen. This solution makes the interior more spacious and gives more arrangement options. Thanks to the closed kitchen, the smells rising during cooking will not spread to the rest of the rooms, it will also be an advantage for small children who will not have access to cooking dishes. Supporters of practical solutions will appreciate the pantry located next to the kitchen, which gives more options for storing food products. A fireplace located in the living room will make the moments spent with your loved ones pleasant and warm on cooler days, and the utility room will help the household members to keep order. An additional toilet will be useful during guests' visits. The bedroom area includes four bedrooms and a family bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own wardrobe, thanks to which you can limit the number of large wardrobes in the room. The space can also be used as a guest room or office. The terrace located next to the house will be an ideal place to relax without departing from the privacy of your home. It will also work well as a place to organize family meetings. In the "Decyma 6" project, the ridge was located perpendicular to the road, which may have a significant impact on the choice of the project, when the building conditions in a given area require it. The design refers to the traditional style and will meet the requirements of a family that values simple and classic solutions. It will look nice regardless of the area. The brick technology, recommended by the architect, will ensure the durability of the structure for many years.
