"Bitola" is a project of a two-story single-family house with a usable area of 178.60 m2, designed in the style of a city residence. It is designed to be built on a plot with a minimum area of 24.74 x 19.64 m. The building structure was covered with a hipped roof with a slope of 20 degrees. The shape of the building impresses with its stone cladding facade, wooden window frames and ceramic tiles. The advantage of the "Bitola" project are large glazing areas and corner windows on the first floor. A practical solution is a roof over the entrance area and above the terrace. The main part of the house is created by a spacious open day zone - a living room with a kitchen and pantry, and a dining room. Additionally, on the ground floor there is a guest room that can be used as a study. The design includes a bathroom with a shower, two utility rooms (laundry room and boiler room) as well as a garage for two cars. The night area - the first floor consists of four bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own comfortable bathroom and wardrobe. The project floor is complemented by a 55 m2 terrace above the garage. The implementation of the finished "Bitola" project in brick technology, recommended by the architect, will ensure the durability of the structure for many years. Thanks to the universal look, it will fit perfectly into any surroundings. The project is intended for a large family looking for functional solutions and a comfortable interior. The modern project "Bitola" will be realized by the construction company New-House on a turnkey basis.
