"HomeKONCEPT-56" is a project of a single-family house with an attic, the usable area of which is 151.87 m2. It is to be built on a plot with a minimum area of 19.30 x 27.57 m. Covered with a gable roof with a slope of 37 degrees. The project proposes a garage for two cars. The layout of the rooms is clearly thought out, thanks to which moving around the house is very easy. The kitchen with a pantry has been opened to the dining room and a large peninsula with a table top will provide good conditions for preparing meals. The living room, from which we can get out to the terrace and garden, will allow the residents to relax. A fireplace located in the living room will give the interior warmth on winter evenings. An additional room on the ground floor is a study with access to the terrace, which also serves as a guest room. Panoramic windows will illuminate the space with light. The utility part in the project is a boiler room through which we will go to the garage. The strong point of the project is the presence of a wardrobe, thanks to which we will avoid the need for wardrobes. The architect included a bathroom on the ground floor and an additional two in the attic in the design. In the intimate zone of residents there are two bedrooms, providing comfort for a family of four. The style of the building is emphasized by the facade made of plaster and concrete panels, giving it a modern character. The entrance to the building and part of the terrace have been embellished with entablature, thanks to which we gain shelter from rainfall or excessive sun. "HomeKONCEPT-56" is aimed at people who plan to build a house using the traditional method - brick. It is an ideal proposition for people looking for a modern home with a well-thought-out arrangement of rooms.
