The "Oceanic" house plan is a house designed as a luxurious, two-story house with a modern shape and an interesting facade finish. The body of the building was covered with a gently hipped roof with wide eaves, giving an interesting and elegant look and at the same time serving as a partial roof for the terraces on the first floor. The facade of the building is decorated with natural materials - partly stone and wooden cladding, thanks to which the building looks majestic. Large glazing and a proportional body give visual architectural lightness. The front of the house is more massive, thanks to smaller windows, the facade provides a natural barrier to the interior from the street. The interior of the "Oceanic" house is a simple and functional layout of the rooms. Passing through the entrance hall, we find ourselves in a large, transparent living room connected to the dining room, and the integrated fireplace creates an atmosphere. The advantage is a semi-open, large kitchen and office. In the body of the building there is a garage for two cars and a quite large boiler room connected with a utility room. The first floor of the house is also a large usable area, in which it was possible to design as many as five rooms, a laundry room, two bathrooms and a central wardrobe. The division of rooms can be modified according to the needs, a big plus for this project is the fact that the first floor is very flexible and spacious. Despite the fact that it is quite large, the house design has a simple structure and proper thermal parameters that meet the standards of an energy-efficient house. Mechanical ventilation with recuperation was also used.
