Dom na Parkkowej is a project of a one-story house. It is a relatively small residence with an architecture that may evoke associations with Polish manors. The building has an L-shaped plan. It consists of the main residential part with a hipped roof and a garage with a gable roof attached to it. The architect took into account the possibility of arranging the attic, so that the additional space can be used over time according to your own needs, preparing the adaptation of the finished project. All living quarters included in the project are located on the ground floor of the house. The open living space creates a living room with a dining area, a fireplace and a large kitchen with a pantry. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has its own wardrobe. The architecture of the House in the park is saturated with classic details that give the building an elegant, timeless character. The house is relatively easy to build and energy-saving.
